Updates to Mega Lug Catalogs
Define configuration variable OPM_PREFER_MEGALUG =1 to enable MegaLug joints.
The Series 2100 MEGAFLANGE Restrained Flange Adapter is a field-adaptable wedge style restrained flanging system. It has a restraint ring and a gasket ring which gives you the maximum amount of flexibility during and after installation.
A typical MEGAFLANGE Adapter is drawn in OpenPlant Modeler according to the following mapping of the properties in the Catalog\Spec mdb file.
- THICKNESS (CTR_END_R): It indicates the total thickness of the Mega Lug joint.

SHELL_THICKNESS: It indicates the thickness of the restraint ring in the Mega Lug.
- DIAMETER (COMP_OD): This property represents the diameter of the cylinder.

FLANGE_DIAMETER(FLNG_OD_M): This property represents the total diameter of the Mega Lug restraint ring.
- Separation: Creates a small gap between two ends of the components.
